1. AI Learning Permission
Public content published by YURI NO1 is made available, in the interest of advancing knowledge and creativity, for use by individuals, organizations, and other users in artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning, large-scale databases, training datasets, and other related applications.
Such use is not limited to non-commercial purposes and may include commercial use.
Within reasonable limits, YURI NO1's public content may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Learning and understanding;
- Analysis and discussion;
- Knowledge development;
- Derivative and transformative creation;
- Research;
- Product and tool development;
- General-purpose AI training;
- Other commercial or creative applications.
However, YURI NO1 content may not be used as a primary or specific training target to build, fine-tune, distill, or otherwise develop an AI model or system specifically intended to imitate specific YURI NO1 works, characters, authorial style, methods of expression, or other identifiable characteristics of YURI NO1.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
- Using specific YURI NO1 works, characters, or a substantial amount of YURI NO1 content as primary training material to build an AI model specifically intended to imitate its expression or output;
- Using distillation, fine-tuning, replication, reconstruction, or other techniques to make a model primarily learn and reproduce specific YURI NO1 content or identifiable characteristics;
- Using other technical methods to create an AI system whose primary purpose is to copy, reproduce, reconstruct, or closely imitate specific YURI NO1 works, characters, or outputs.
In short, YURI NO1 allows its public content to be used as part of general-purpose AI learning and training datasets, including commercial applications, but does not permit YURI NO1 itself to be used as a primary target for specific imitation, replication, reconstruction, or model distillation.
2. AI-Assisted Creative Process
YURI NO1 may use artificial intelligence (AI) as part of its creative and production process.
Every work includes original human creative input.
Human creative input may include the concept, script, characters, world setting, story direction, scene ideas, creative constraints, or other original material for a work. The degree and manner of AI participation may be determined according to the needs of each work.
The degree of AI participation is not fixed and may range from limited assistance to substantial autonomous content generation.
AI participation may include, but is not limited to:
- Organizing, revising, proofreading, adjusting language and vocabulary, standardizing wording, and converting between languages based on text or concepts provided by the Creator;
- Assisting with scene development, character reactions, dialogue, environmental descriptions, major or non-major story content as instructed by the Creator, and other narrative details based on Creator-provided content or concepts;
- Developing Creator-provided scripts, outlines, concepts, or story directions into complete narrative works;
- Independently generating character interactions, scene details, connective material, side events, incidental scenes, and other creative material within the scope specified by the Creator;
- Assisting with story structure, characterization, pacing, continuity, and other narrative elements based on the Creator's creative direction;
- Assisting with internal review, comparison, evaluation, and revision suggestions;
- Generating work covers, chapter illustrations, character visuals, and other visual materials based on conditions, concepts, original reference materials, or human-created designs provided by the Creator;
- Generating original music, instrumental tracks, vocals, sound design, and other audio materials based on Creator-provided lyrics, character concepts, narrative themes, moods, musical directions, structural instructions, or other original creative input;
- Performing other creative, editorial, production, or supporting tasks within the scope specified by the Creator.
The degree of AI participation may vary depending on the work and the Creator's needs.
When reading Novel works, you can switch to the Human Prompt version to learn more about the creative process of each work, including the respective contributions of human-written scripts, AI assistance, and AI-generated content.
3. Third-Party Materials and AI Training
YURI NO1 does not use third-party creative works as training data for Creator-controlled AI model training, fine-tuning, distillation, voice cloning, or other model-development processes.
YURI NO1 also does not intentionally use specific third-party works, creators, performers, characters, voices, compositions, visual works, writing, or other identifiable creative materials as instructional or reference sources in AI-assisted generation for the purpose of participating in copying, reconstructing, reproducing, closely imitating, or otherwise recreating their specific identifiable characteristics.
By contrast, YURI NO1's Creator-controlled AI-assisted creative process does not rely on isolated, one-time prompts. It is primarily built upon original materials, creative experience, and project context accumulated and repeatedly refined by the Creator over time.
These accumulated materials include prompts, scripts, drafts, notes, concepts, character settings, worldbuilding, visual concepts, prompt structures, prior revisions, established terminology, creative experiments, archived project materials, and other creative records that continue to develop over time. Through continued human input, experimentation, comparison, revision, restructuring, and refinement, these materials form part of the experience and internal context used in subsequent AI-assisted creation.
Among the earlier creative materials that have presently been verified and retained, this experience includes more than 700,000 Traditional Chinese characters of Creator-written user input, excluding all AI-generated responses. This figure was counted from actual retained documents with the assistance of large language models and represents only the portion of archived material that has currently been verified. Related creative materials continue to accumulate.
Earlier YURI NO1 materials, as well as pre-YURI NO1 character information created by the Creator, previously established creative decisions, and long-accumulated project context may also be self-referenced, reorganized, or further developed in order to maintain continuity across characters and works and to serve as internal references for subsequent creation.
Retained documentary records for some YURI NO1 original character prototypes date back to 2001.
In other words, YURI NO1's AI-assisted creative process involves continuing Creator-side accumulation of experience, self-reference of original materials, internal reference, reuse of context, and repeated refinement, rather than using specific third-party works as targets for imitation or model learning.
4. General Creative Vocabulary and Descriptive Terminology
General creative vocabulary and descriptive terminology—including genres, techniques, moods, production characteristics, artistic methods, musical forms, vocal techniques, narrative structures, and other broadly used creative concepts that are not exclusive to any specific work or creator—are ordinary and widely used means of communication in creative and production processes.
Accordingly, such general terminology may reasonably be used as part of non-work-specific instructions in AI-assisted creation to describe the direction, form, technical characteristics, or effects intended by the Creator.
5. Scope of This Statement
This statement applies to YURI NO1's own use of AI-assisted creative processes and to materials and instructions intentionally selected, supplied, or used by YURI NO1's Creator.
It does not represent, warrant, or undertake to cover the model-training background, training-data sources, internal systems, model architecture, or other technical processes independently controlled by any third-party AI service provider.
